You probably know how much I love jam and all things artisanal, warm, and cozy.  If you are anything like me, you enjoy putting a dollop of jam on your butter and toast in the morning or adding it as a glaze to that perfect grilled salmon. There is one jam maker out of Echo Park who makes some of the most delicious and bold flavors in all of the jam world and her name is Laura Ann.  Maybe you’ve tried her delicious spreads at Square One Dining in Hollywood, Auntie Em’s Kitchen in Eagle Rock or the Colony Palms in Palm Springs? She is one of the best jammers around, so take note!
