While perusing NYFW coverage on style.com I was drawn to the Spring/Summer collection of Organic by John Patrick.  Clicking through the slide show I was really digging the designer’s approach to sustainable fashion via fitted trousers, button down shirts and soft cottons.

More and more I am seeking out looks that are relaxed, classic, and reminiscent of Patricia Highsmith.  This collection strikes a good balance of the masculine and feminine sartorial choices I’ve been making as of late and continue to seek out. (FYI, I subscribe to the idea that gender is socially constructed)
