A Little Something

I’m really pooped from last night’s Forever 21 x Brian Lichtenberg launch party, so full coverage won’t hit the blog until later today/tomorrow.  All I can say right now is that is was great seeing all of my friends, meeting really cool people, dancing like a goof,  and chatting with almost every L.A. fashion blogger.  There were a ton of smart, well dressed ladies at the event last night, and I think I had to a chance to say hi to every single one.  I LOVED working for Forever 21 on this, I had a BLAST.  I hope you had fun!

What Goes Around

Monday night I made it out to the What Goes Around Comes Around vintage swap party hosted by Geri (Because I’m Addicted), Alexi (imboycrazy) and Monica Rose. Asael and I had no idea what to expect so I gathered up three vintage pieces I thought were worthy of swapping: a Balmain boyfriend shirt, Christian Dior scarf, and YSL vest.  We had a blast perusing the racks which hung the clothes you could swap for .  A big thanks to Alicia of Inny Vinny (pictured right) for helping me navigate the floor.

It was a fun night needless to say.  Jumping from rack to rack just waiting for something great was quite the hilarious scene.  What I enjoyed most was simply the fun conversation mixed with 70s rock blasting by DJ Magdalena.  You can catch her spin real vinyl every Wednesday at Stinkers in Silverlake.
