Though I was sad to see Summer go, I must confess that Fall is quite possibly my favorite season.  It just might be all the gourds!  An injury has kept me in bed for the past couple of days and has allowed me countless hours to seek inspiration for the coming days, months, and season.

I am not sure if it was traveling to Mexico, a change of friends, or truly embracing Summer, but I have been addicted to color as of late and I only see this love growing.  J Crew’s Spring 2012 collection was rather inspiring and considering L.A.’s usual warm Fall weather, these looks would be absolutely perfect this season.  I am looking forward to mixing it up and having fun with prints, bolds and brights.

How incredible are these decks designed by Jayne of Stop It Right Now?  That talented woman never ceases to amaze me.  Creative women inspire me the most, especially if they’re friends.

One cannot eat pork belly everyday, it simply wouldn’t be good for their heart now, would it? Thank goodness I discovered Happy Yolks, one of the coolest food blogs around with recipes that are great for the body.  Kelsey’s photographs, like this quinoa here, have me completely inspired to hit the kitchen with her delicious recipes.
